Short-Term experience matters. A very common first step as someone moves toward living where Jesus is not known is to just get out there and try it. Our Short-Term options provide the perfect opportunity for this. Pack a bag, buy a ticket, join a team, and go.
As we coach you on your journey, we can help you find an experience that will drag you outside your comfort zone and, at the same time, prepare you for a bold future.
The lives of 3 Billion people alive today will end without them ever hearing the Gospel. This is not by choice, but simply because they are too remote or denied access. Many also live in the worlds most underprivileged regions, meaning that physical and spiritual poverty are skyrocketing in tandem.
The missions models which served us well for decades can no longer keep pace and therefore we are actively innovating new methods that will change this reality. We SEND and equip believers to go places where Jesus is not yet known. We SERVE those in need with things like medical care, emergency relief, education and job skills. We SHARE by proclaiming the teachings of Jesus, providing discipleship training and supplying resources like bibles.
Our vision is to see a community of Jesus followers within reach of everyone, everywhere.
We know that this task is too huge to do alone, so we invite individuals, churches and other organizations who share our heart for those with little or no access to the Gospel to join us.

Mission/Vision Statement
We want to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least-reached.
At its heart, OM is a movement of God, made up of people who are completely sold out to Jesus Christ and His commands. Moved by the Holy Spirit, we cross boundaries, we push limits. We want OM to remain a movement of God, utterly dependent upon Him. We show our dependence through our commitment to His Word and by waiting upon Him in prayer.

Doctrinal Statement
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the absolute deity and full humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, the authenticity of His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection and His present mediatorial work in heaven.
We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit. We believe He gives life, He sanctifies, He empowers and comforts all believers.
We believe that the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments in their original texts, are fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, without error, and are the final authority for the Church.
We believe that man was originally created sinless. Tempted by Satan, man fell and thereby brought the whole race under the condemnation of eternal separation from God.
We believe that man is saved through repentance and faith in the finished work of Christ. Justification is through grace alone.
We believe that the Church is the body of Jesus Christ composed of all true believers. The present work of the Church is the worship of God, the perfecting of the saints and the evangelisation of the world.
We believe in the personal and bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ to consummate our salvation and establish His glorious Kingdom.
