What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
There are two options for construction mission trips in El Salvador:
LA CALZADA MINISTRY
The tiny, impoverished island of La Calzada is in great need of construction assistance on their schools. Leaking roofs and classrooms that are falling apart greatly hinder the already difficult learning environment that surround these children. The island is also in need of a clean water project and the building of a "home base" for CFCI ministries. Construction assistance in this area would truly change the lives of those who live within the community.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Assist the CFCI base and surrounding communities with construction projects, painting, electrical work, and more. Help reach this community through practical assistance.

Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
At most of our bases, the local ministries are run by long-term missionaries who are native to the country and know the specific needs of the communities they serve. They intentionally and consistently follow-up with the communities your team ministers to.
Additional Trip Information
In addition to this cost, teams are responsible for their own airfare, travel documents and airport fees. All lodging, meals, in-country transportation, international travel and medical insurance, translators, ministry projects, local ministry support, debrief and sight-seeing excursion are included in the trip cost.
