Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
Serving at Camp Conquest provides you with the opportunity to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus. Luke 14 commands us to invite those living with disabilities into our lives and to love them the way Christ would. Camp Conquest is a special place because we treat each of our campers, volunteers, and staff not only as family but as though they have a place where they belong. Our hope is to provide those living with disabilities with a sense of self – worth, independence, and value, to help them feel seen and loved.
Please join us as we share the gospel with our friends and provide them with an adventurous summer camp experience that will encourage them to try new things, conquer challenges, and grow in their own confidence.
Additional Trip Information
Mission Trip Offered By Camp Conquest
Camp Conquest is a Christian overnight camp that encourages individuals affected by disability to try things they never imagined possible and to build confidence that will shape the rest of their lives. Each cabin group will have 4 campers, 4-5 counselors, and 2 cabin leaders. The week will include worship and devos, flying down a 400′ zipline across the lake, climbing a 25′ climbing wall, horseback riding, canoeing, archery, fishing, the giant paint party, and nightly themed parties. Campers, volunteers, and staff come from all over the country to experience a week like no other.
