What the Mission Trip Will Be Like

At Mission Partners for Christ, we know everybody desires to feel safe and protected from preventable medical issues. The problem is, 400 million people worldwide are living without access to basic healthcare, causing countless deaths from treatable medical conditions. To make matters worse, many of these people die without knowing Jesus or ever hearing the Gospel.

As Christ followers, we believe it’s our job to bring physical and spiritual relief in the name of Jesus to communities that have neither. We also understand how helpless it feels to hear about suffering that happens in unreached areas with no way to help. This is why we started Mission Partners for Christ – to go directly to places without doctors or medical professionals and show the love of Christ through life-saving medical care and health education.

Here’s how we do it:

1. First, we identify a community in Africa that is unengaged from the gospel and in need of medical care.

2. Next, we work with local guides and officials to organize treatment centers and gospel-sharing activities in that community.

3. Then, we assemble teams of Christ-following doctors, healthcare professionals, and other believers who are ready to provide medical education and care while telling others about Jesus.

About Zimbabwe:

The people of Zimbabwe have limited access to medical care and usually cannot afford to pay the price. In the rural areas where we will serve they are treated by community health workers who have very minimal access to supplies and medication. The people along with the Zimbabwe government will greatly appreciate your willingness to travel and provide assessment, treatment and health education. We will also be bring with us the saving gospel of Jesus, and they are very open to hearing about Christ and receiving prayer.

For This Trip We Desire:

Health care professionals with at least 2 years experience working in the medical field after graduation. This is a requirement of Zimbabwe licensing board. They will not allow medical or dental students.

Sorry, but we have no space left on this trip for non-medical professionals. We hope you will join us on another trip.

What To Expect:

In addition to our free health clinics, prayer & counseling offers, and. sharing the gospel with the unreached communities that we’ll also plan to visit a national park with the hopes of seeing a lot of wildlife.
