Serve:   

You work full-time in a needed position within the mission. You go to serve, so we want to give you every opportunity to experience the realities of being a part of the cross-cultural church planting team. You will serve in areas related to your skill sets, working on current projects and being a part of a team, thereby helping to accomplish needed tasks and giving you an authentic opportunity to participate in full-time ministry.  The current service options include a kitchen, maintenance and teaching interns. 

Grow:   

During your internship, you will be given a mentor or mentors to disciple and pour into you both missionally and professionally. You will also be given a host to connect you with the surrounding community.  

Experience:   

We want you to have a practical experience of the realities of serving full-time with Ethnos360 through a mutually beneficial position. We want you to see how the roles you fill are vital to the operation of the mission as you interact with missionaries who have faithfully served before you. We also expect you to be given the opportunity to spend time in a church plant location so that you can see what you are supporting through your service in a support role.
