What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
TEAM DYNAMICS
A team includes high schoolers, college students, and/or adults. Team members should demonstrate humble servant hearts, confidence in interacting with youth, a desire to share their faith, and the ability to bring energy and fun throughout the day at camp. An ideal team size is 8 to 10.
LOCATION
Central and Eastern Europe
CAMP DATES
We offer 10 to 17-day opportunities between the end of June and early August. Our desire is a three-summer commitment from your church to make the most of the relationships you will build—focusing on the European church youth leaders, their ministry team, and the non-Christian students.
EXPENSES
Cost varies from country to country and covers housing, meals, transportation, and camp costs. Airfare is separate.
TRAINING
Each team leader is responsible for preparing their team. Josiah Venture will provide training materials and additional on-site training upon arrival for camp and debrief upon departure.
POST-TRIP
After you return home, your team can continue to impact students through social media. The local church will follow up and disciple campers, leading them into a growing relationship with the Lord.

Mission Trip Offered By Josiah Venture
The world is changing, but the gospel remains the same. Every day, God is at work in this region, and young men and women are touched by the message of Jesus Christ. Pockets of this reformation are being sparked by the dedication, sacrifice, and service of a missionary team called Josiah Venture. Josiah Venture is working to see a movement of God among the youth of Central and Eastern Europe that finds its home in the local church and transforms society. Young people were the primary energy and momentum behind the revolutions that broke the power of communism in central and eastern Europe in the late 80s. But a revolution that changes the government doesn’t change the hearts of people. The work is only half done. Young people must be reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The energy of youth must be mobilized into a mighty force for the Kingdom of God. The potential is clear. Central and Eastern Europes young people have already proven they can change the course of history. Now, they must change the course of eternity.
