If you have: compassion for the homeless, displaced people of the Ukraine; are willing to be stretched & challenged in relating to people of another culture; willing to serve in whatever tasks are required/needed; speak even a little Russian or Ukrainian (helpful but not a requirement); and have 10-14 days to dedicate to fulfilling the Great Commission as given by the Lord ("go, and make disciples") – then, you don't want to miss this amazing opportunity to assist a Romanian ministry, My Brother's Keeper, as they reach out & meet the needs of Ukrainian refugee families who are now seeking stability & direction for their future. Priority 1 is organizing response teams to send to Romania to assist with this effort. There will be a couple days of orientation held in NYC for the team & 1 or 2 days of debrief upon return prior to heading back home. Cost is $800 (tax deductible, as Priority 1 is an IRS recognized 501-c-3 non-profit) plus airfare.
