Come alongside rural churches to encourage leaders, strengthen communities, and share the hope of Jesus.
Serve alongside Zimbabwean pastors and ministry leaders through leadership development, discipleship, community outreach, prayer, and relationship-based ministry. You’ll have the opportunity to encourage local churches that are faithfully serving their communities despite limited resources, long distances, and significant challenges.
This trip is ideal for churches, pastors, ministry leaders, students, young adults, families, and individuals who want to serve alongside the local church and invest in leaders who are already making an impact. You don’t have to be a pastor or ministry expert. You simply need a willingness to learn, encourage, serve, and come alongside what God is already doing.
What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with Zimbabwean pastors and church leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities.

Encourage and equip local leaders through leadership training, workshops, Bible teaching, discipleship, prayer, and mentorship.

Support rural churches and congregations through worship services, testimony sharing, children's and youth ministry, and community outreach.

Build relationships through ministry by listening to pastors, praying with church members, sharing your experiences, and serving alongside local congregations.

Support community ministry initiatives that help local churches bring spiritual and practical hope to the people they serve.
You’ll fly into Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, and serve alongside local pastors, churches, and ministry leaders as they faithfully serve their communities.

Across rural Zimbabwe, churches are often more than places of worship. They are places where people find encouragement, receive practical support, grow in their faith, and discover hope in the middle of difficult circumstances.
You may help lead a leadership workshop, teach a Bible study, encourage a pastor, pray with a church member, share your testimony, assist with a children's program, or simply spend time getting to know local leaders.
