What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Inside Freedom Christian School, team members participate in the long-term discipleship journey by walking alongside our students as they learn to glorify the Lord in all areas of their lives. Your gift of the English language allows you to make a lasting impact on our students' future career development by participating in our tutoring program. You can impact them by showing them love, praying for them, and sharing life with them.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in construction and maintenance projects each day. These projects are essential for maintaining and developing the school facilities.
Your spiritual growth is vital to Freedom. So, while you’re here, you will have many chances to reflect, share, study God’s Word, and hang out with the missionaries.
Short-term teams are essential to the ministry's continuing growth and function. We can not do what we do without the support of many families, churches, schools, and companies that visit us. We are so grateful that you would consider joining us for a week!

Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
Our ultimate desire is to see people glorify the Lord in all areas of life. We believe that long-term discipleship is the way that lives are changed. We want to use programs that will best reach our children and families with the life-giving gospel of Jesus Christ. One of the most significant advantages of our programming is that it opens doors and opportunities. We would consider it a huge success if someone headed for illiteracy became a doctor and used medicine to make God famous. In the same way, if a person who loved farming went back to work in the sugarcane fields for the glory of God, that, too, would be an outstanding achievement. Specifically, we want to train people to glorify God in three areas: walking in a relationship with the Lord, developing biblical relationships with others, and using their God-given design to live for Him.
A Freedom mission trip allows you to plug into this long-term discipleship process and invest in something that lasts for an eternity.
