What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
On a mission trip to Nepal, you'll have the opportunity to serve remote villages through safe water outreaches, visit your sponsored child and other vulnerable children, and participate in construction projects. During our safe water outreaches, you will have the opportunity to educate families and deliver water filtration devices, along with other essential necessities.
Alongside providing water filtration devices, you will be able to assist with construction projects and help create systems that bring local water sources into remote villages, allowing communities to grow crops and become more sustainable. When visiting our sponsored children, you will serve food, interact and play with the children, and encourage them in their education and communities.
Each trip is unique and supports our long-term partners and programs throughout Nepal. At the end of the trip, you will also have the optional opportunity to extend your journey with a 3-day trip to Tibet, experiencing its incredible culture, history, and landscapes before returning home.

Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
For over 50 years, Hope 4 Kids International has been committed to serving children living in impoverished environments around the world by establishing economic, spiritual, water, orphan, and feeding programs. In addition to these programs, we have been leading teams of volunteers on two-week international mission trips bringing life-saving provisions and the spirit of Jesus. These short-term mission trips support long term partners and programs.
H4KI reaches out to every child and community through their 4 pillars of hope: Dignity, Health, Joy, and Love. By responding to critical needs, we can significantly impact lives and assist people who are struggling to survive in destitute communities in becoming self-sufficient.
Before Hope 4 Kids International begins serving in an area, we identify and establish a relationship with an existing ministry. H4KI makes a five-year commitment, minimum, in the area. Please contact us for more information.
Additional Trip Information
$250 application fee
$2395 trip fee
$300 Pokhara Excursion (Excursion is included in trip dates but fee is paid separately to maintain the tax-deductible status of the mission trip)
Airfare not included in (above) trip fee but is estimated in total cost
$100 student discount (age 26 or younger)
We will book additional airfare for our group within the country and the cost is usually $1,000
Most team members raise their support through fundraising, ask us for more information!
The mission trip fees include daily transport to outreaches, room and board, 3 meals a day, outreach participation costs, and bottled water.
Airfare to your destination country, any necessary visas, vaccinations, optional excursions, and souvenirs are not included in your trip fees. Though airfare is not included we are happy to assist you in booking your ticket.
Excursions need to be paid separately to maintain the tax-deductible status of the mission trip.
