What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Are you looking to be a part of something bigger than yourself? Do you desire an opportunity to deepen your relationship with Jesus? Come and join us for a 5-week multicultural adventure where you will be challenged to live life standing on Gods Word.
Our English Enrichment Camp continues the long-term discipleship that happens in our classrooms. You will integrate biblical truths that encourage our students to grow in their knowledge of God. Along with guiding students through camp, interns will also assist in managing the visiting teams and helping them engage with our students.
In addition, your afternoons will be spent in villages hosting a Vacation Bible School. It is an opportunity to get to know the community, continue building relationships with those who live there, and preach the Gospel. Interns will help lead VBS and encourage the visiting teams to connect with kids in the villages. All of these opportunities will be under the support and supervision of full-time Freedom missionaries.

Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
Our ultimate desire is to see people glorify the Lord in all areas of life. We believe that long-term discipleship is the way that lives are changed. We want to use programs that will best reach our children and families with the life-giving gospel of Jesus Christ. One of the most significant advantages of our programming is that it opens doors and opportunities. We would consider it a huge success if someone headed for illiteracy became a doctor and used medicine to make God famous. In the same way, if a person who loved farming went back to work in the sugarcane fields for the glory of God, that, too, would be an outstanding achievement. Specifically, we want to train people to glorify God in three areas: walking in a relationship with the Lord, developing biblical relationships with others, and using their God-given design to live for Him.
A Freedom internship directly impacts the future leaders of the country and equips the community with a life-changing biblical worldview.
Additional Trip Information
Freedom interns go through the support-raising process just like missionaries. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in your relationship with Christ as you trust Him to provide. Freedom Missionaries will walk alongside you through this process.
The funds provide all food, lodging, transportation, and cultural experiences while on the field. However, interns are responsible for airfare.
