What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
The small non-profit Christian Hospital serving the villages outside of our city is facing a staffing crisis. As of this week they are down to only one full-time doctor and a couple volunteers. Doctors of any clinical speciality are needed!
Donors have set up everything for an Obstetrics department if an Obstetrician feels called to this.
Qualifications:
- Candidates need to be doctors with the necessary degrees and references attesting to their competence.
- Experience in internal medicine or family practice would be useful.
The hospital is about an hour outside of the city where our team is located. They will provide housing and meals. The other staff living on the hospital grounds are Christian and speak good English. We can provide on-field orientation. There are part-time volunteers at the hospital from other agencies who can also provide fellowship and help as needed.
