What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Dive Into is WEC's short-term mission program for young people ages 18-35. Have a deep experience by spending time in this country, sharing cultures and making a difference as a part of an international team!
The team will serve local Ghanaian communities through evangelism, discipleship, cultural exchange, and practical support initiatives. You will work alongside local churches and ministries to encourage believers, reach new people with the Gospel, and strengthen ongoing ministry efforts.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for young people who love the Lord Jesus! We would like participants to be mentored spiritually before, during and after their missions experience.
There are only 9 places available on this team, and we can only send up to 2 Americans. APPLY BEFORE May 20, 2027!

Orientation & Debriefing: Participants are required to participate in a pre-field orientation in Philadelphia PA, at the WEC USA headquarters campus. There will also be online team building sessions to get to know your team members from all over the world. There will be an on-field orientation, rest, debrief and tourism days as well. After the trip, you will return to Philadelphia for a 3 day debriefing before returning home.
