What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Embrace is a unique experience where you not only come to serve the community, but you serve directly alongside them! Open to American and Mexican groups, families, and individuals of all ages, Embrace is led by a team of local ministry workers, Bible school students, and missionaries who will take mixed teams out to serve in the community during the day. At night, guest speakers and bilingual worship gives you a glimpse into our global body of Christ in a tangible way. You will end the week with new friends, new experiences, and a new perspective on what it means to be a global Church.
Ministry outreaches may include: children's ministry (VBS), sports ministry, construction, rehab center visitation, elderly care, special needs ministry, evangelism, work projects, etc.
Registration fee includes: room and board, meals throughout your stay, ministry materials, interpreters and staff, and event T-shirt. Round trip transportation from San Diego available for additional cost depending on availability.

Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
Embrace teams are planned and led by local ministry workers, Bible school students, and missionaries who work with the community regularly. Every team is partnered with a local church or organization that already has a presence in the community and who will be there after the team leaves to continue discipleship efforts. Agua Viva takes sustainability of ministry very seriously and looks for healthy local partners that show good fruit.

$320 per child 12 and under
$50 per child 3 and under
$50 deposit due at time of registration to secure spot.

Chuy Davalos, the founder of Agua Viva Ministries, had a passion for the lost people of Mexico and today we accomplish his vision via four aspects of ministry:
ONE: We work with U.S. partners to share Christs love to the people of Ensenada, Mexico. TWO: We have a Bible school to provide pastoral, theological, and practical ministry training. THREE: We maintain a camp facility in Ensenada, Mexico where Mexican churches hold retreats, seminars, and other events at an affordable rate. FOUR: We support missionaries throughout Mexico with the goal of planting churches in unreached areas.
